Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the Imgraft team governing your use of Imgraft (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is only for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to anyone younger, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will delete the account and their personal data. Contact support@imgraft.com to report a child account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us at support@imgraft.com of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

NSFW, adult, explicit and sexually suggestive content is prohibited. Face swaps, deepfakes and face manipulation are prohibited, even when an uploaded person has consented.

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may not:

• break the law, infringe others' rights or submit content you are not authorized to use;
• bypass access controls, rate limits or usage quotas, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without permission;
• resell, scrape or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• use outputs to deceive, harass or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content and results

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. Automated and AI-assisted results may be inaccurate or incomplete; review them before relying on them. See our AI Usage Policy for details.

Copyright complaints

Submit copyright infringement notices and counter-notices under our Copyright and DMCA Policy. We terminate repeat infringers’ accounts in appropriate circumstances.

Plans, payments and credits

Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record for purchases and handles payment and applicable tax. Prices, currency, billing period, credit amounts and credit validity are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and expire as stated at purchase. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Subscription credits are added monthly and expire at the end of each monthly period; they do not roll over. Annual billing pays for 12 monthly additions, not a single yearly balance. One-time credit packs, including first-order packs, stay valid for 3 years from delivery. Credits closest to expiry are consumed first. Credit packs purchased before November 2026 keep the validity stated at purchase.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features where practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
