Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers prompts, uploaded images and generated results on Imgraft, operated by the Imgraft team. You must be at least 18 years old. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Six prohibited content categories

1. Pornography and NSFW content. Do not request or upload adult, explicit, nude or sexually suggestive material, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence and gore. Do not create graphic violence, torture, threats, terrorist propaganda or instructions that facilitate weapons of mass destruction or mass harm.
3. Hate speech. Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, persecution or violence against a protected group, or create content that incites genocide.
4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM. Sexual content involving minors, exploitation of children and child sexual abuse material are prohibited without exception. Do not upload such material to report it.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation. Face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes, face manipulation and deceptive representations of real people are prohibited, whether or not a person has consented. Do not use celebrity or political-figure likenesses to fabricate statements or actions.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement. Do not submit material you lack rights to use, request unauthorized copies of protected characters or branding, or imply that a generated product is endorsed by a rights holder.

Do not use the tool for fraud, targeted harassment, self-harm instructions, deceptive commercial content or spam. Do not hide prohibited requests in altered spelling, try to bypass review or misrepresent generated work as a genuine photograph of an event.

Where uploaded images may come from

Upload your own image or an image you have permission to use. For a photograph containing a real person, obtain permission from the people depicted. The upload confirmation is required before generation. Permission does not permit the prohibited face manipulation or deepfake uses listed above.

Adult-only outfit editing

Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, including ordinary or non-sexual photos. Everyone depicted in a person or garment reference must be an adult, and you must own the photo or have explicit permission from the person in it. Do not generate revealing clothing, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, transparent garments or sexually suggestive outfits. Suspected minors and prohibited clothing are rejected; uncertainty or unavailable review does not permit delivery. Changing clothes does not permit face swaps or identity changes.

Automated review

Prompts are checked against a local blocklist and an automated prompt safety check. Image requests include provider safety settings. Inputs and generated output are checked through OpenAI’s moderation interface before it is made available. Required review that is unavailable, incomplete or not explicitly allowing the content stops delivery; a confirmed rejection returns the reserved user credits or free try. If a result cannot be confirmed yet, the request stays on hold and is not blindly resubmitted.

Safety filters can make mistakes. They do not clear copyright, establish consent or guarantee that an output is suitable for publication. You must inspect a result before using it. Results are labeled AI-generated, including their download metadata.

Reporting and human review

Report unsafe content, rights concerns or a mistaken rejection to support@imgraft.com. Give the task ID, the issue and enough context to locate it. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, illegal images or unnecessary personal information.

Reports and appeals are reviewed through that support channel. Relevant automated decisions and human handling are recorded in the moderation log. An appeal does not automatically release a blocked image. We may ask for a description of your permission or rights before reconsidering a request.

Enforcement

We block requests that violate this policy and may remove unlawful or harmful files. Serious child-safety, terrorism and other criminal concerns may be referred to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law. We preserve or disclose relevant records only where justified by security, legal obligations or a lawful request. See the Privacy Policy for processing and retention rules.

Independent product

Imgraft uses third-party AI models provided through APIMart, a third-party model provider. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model developers. Waffo Pancake provides payment and tax services; its payment role does not approve individual generated images.
